Nubian Conference: abstract submission deadline

Dear colleagues,

This is a reminder that scholars wishing to present a paper at the conference are kindly requested to send the title of their communication and a short (100 words) abstract to EtudesNubiennes2018 @ before the 31th of August 2017.

Participation in the Conference will be limited to one communication per scholar.
A longer abstract will be requested later for inclusion in the Conference program.

Conference: Accommodations

The deadline for the payment of the conference fees is now past.

Neuchâtel is a small town and the Conference Committee urges participants to book accommodations as early as possible. Rooms have been pre-booked at several hotels and other cheaper accommodations. Please consult the accommodations page on conference website for these. In order to reserve a pre-booked room, you must contact the hotel directly and give the conference keyword, indicated in the e-mail all registered participants should have received. This and other details are available on the website.

Nubian Conference fees: deadline approaching

Participants who registered to participate in the International Conference for Nubian Studies by 1 April 2014 must pay their conference fees before 15 June. For further details on how to pay the conference fees, please consult page 5 of the Second_Circular.

Registration fees for the conference: Euro 100.  Fees include access to all work sessions, coffee breaks and events indicated in the preliminary programme.

(If you did not register before 1 April 2014 and did not received a confirmation from the organisers, your payment will not be accepted as registration and the amount paid CANNOT BE REIMBURSED.)
